1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ez96. This platform is operated and managed by ez96 ("we", "the company", or "ez96"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ez96 website, mobile app, and all services provided through our platform.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Ez96 supports a wide range of popular local payment methods in Malaysia for user convenience. All financial transactions on the ez96 platform are processed through a secure, encrypted payment system.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• Bank transfer via FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, and others)
• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and other supported local e-wallets
• Direct transfer to the designated ez96 bank account

Deposit Requirements:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the name of the verified user only — third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your ez96 account within 5 minutes after system verification.
• Ez96 reserves the right to request proof of payment in the event of any confusion or dispute related to a deposit.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified in the user's name.
• The first withdrawal requires full completion of the KYC process, including identity document verification.
• Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 3 working days.
• Ez96 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal pending the completion of an investigation if suspicious activity is detected on the account in question.

5Bonuses and Promotions
